Who we are

UK Ear Care Ltd provides ear wax removal and ear care services from our clinics in Glasgow and Manchester and through home visits. Registered address: First Floor, 22 Milnpark Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow G41 1BB. Contact: ears@ukearcare.com, 0141 459 0005.

What we collect and why

We collect the following categories of personal data:

✓ Booking details — name, contact details, appointment information and relevant ear-health notes you provide when booking. Processed to deliver your treatment (legal basis: contract; health information: provision of health care under Article 9(2)(h)).
✓ Enquiries — information you send by email or phone, used to respond to you (legitimate interests).
✓ Website analytics and advertising cookies — with your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site use and measure advertising. You can accept or decline these in our cookie banner, and change your mind at any time via Manage Consent.

Online bookings

Online bookings are processed by our appointment system provider (Manage Patients), who act as a data processor on our behalf. Payments taken at booking are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store your card details.

How long we keep your data

Clinical records are retained in line with NHS records management guidance. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers above, with health professionals where you ask us to (for example your GP), or where the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email ears@ukearcare.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
