Our refund and cancellation terms for training courses and associated equipment.
If a customer wishes to move courses, they can switch to any suitable course with a vacancy without financial penalty, as long as they do so more than 14 days before the start of the original course date.
Any changes within 14 days of the course start date will incur a £50 fee to cover admin and additional costs.
Any course vacancies will be offered to students already booked onto a future course before being advertised on the website.
If a customer cancels their course earlier than 14 days before their course start date, £200 of the course fee will be forfeited to cover admin and other costs.
For any cancellations within 14 days of the course start date, the total course fees paid will be forfeited, minus the equipment cost.
If a customer fails to turn up for a course, they forfeit the course fees paid, minus the equipment cost.
Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service has not already been completed.
In all cases where full payment for any equipment ordered has not been received, the equipment remains the property of Ear Care Medical Ltd.
